  • All sales are final. No refunds.

  • Trying to sell to us?

    Currently we only buy locally or at events. Stay tuned to our social media pages to see when we’re traveling to an event near you!

  • Why was my order canceled?

    The most common reason for your order to be cancelled is due to lack on inventory. We may have accidentally sold out of an item before being able to remove it from the website. If this is the reason there may be a hold placed on the funds, please allow 3-5 business days for the money to return to your account. Another reason for order cancellation is due to a difference in the shipping address and billing address. For your protection, the billing and shipping address typically have to match for the order to process. Any order flagged for fraud will be investigated thoroughly before shipping. In the event your order is flagged as fraudulent, we will reach out via email so receive more information before shipping out your order.

  • Does my package have insurance?

    All packages already come with a $100 insurance plan included. You can add additional coverage in checkout. The Nostal Collective LLC. is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

  • Where is my package?

    Check your email for an order number, there is where you should find a tracking number for your package. You can enter that tracking number to estimate the arrival of your package.

  • What if my package is lost or stolen?

    If your package has been in transit for 14 or more business days and you haven’t received it yet please contact us via email. If a package was lost in transit, we will open a claim for you. You must contact us via email by scrolling to the bottom of the website and clicking “Contact Us”. If the package states that it was delivered, it is your responsibility to be there for your packages arrival.

  • Can I exchange or return my merchandise?

    All sales are final. Trying on shoes or opening items out of the original contents can effect the value.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently we only ship within the United States (Hawaii and Alaska excluded). We hope to eventually figure out an efficient way to ship internationally.

  • How can I contact for help with something else?

  • What sizes are shoes listed in?

    The size can be determined by looking for the following. Men will be labeled with the letter “M” (Ex. 11M). Women’s will be labeled with the letter “W” (Ex. 8W). Grade school (GS) will be labeled with the letter “Y” (Ex. 6Y). Pre school (PS) will be labeled with “C” and “Y” (Ex. 13C or 1Y). Toddler (TD) will be labeled with “C” (Ex. 10C).

  • What is the size conversion for sneakers?

    There is a difference from Men’s to Women’s sizing. The conversion from Men’s to Women’s is a size and a half difference. For example, a Men’s size 8 would be equivalent to a Women’s size 9.5 (8M = 9.5W).
